Not too long ago, I was scrolling through the latest pins on Sex.com and saw a picture of Nicole Ray.
Nicole Ray started doing porn when she was 19 and she embodied the sexy teen/girl next door babe that no one ever really gets tired of. There’s no doubt that when she came out she was hot shit, shooting for gonzo sites and big studios. It seemed like she was going to be a big star in the adult industry when suddenly she vanished.
Of course, vanishing from the porn industry isn’t uncommon but being a fan of Nicole Ray I had to ask Twitter, “Whatever happened to Nicole Ray?”
Friend of the blog, Mr. Pink saw my tweet and wondered the same thing, which spawned his own investigation into the whereabouts of super babe pornstar Nicole Ray in his blog post: Whatever happened to Nicole Ray?
Mr. Pink was able to determine that her last scene was a blowjob scene for Peter North’s DeepThroat This #55, which you can watch right here:

What’s odd about this scene (as pointed out by Mr. Pink) is that it doesn’t feature Peter North or Johnny Fender (Peter North’s partner in crime). It’s an uncredited stuntcock from start to finish. Just like Nicole Ray‘s whereabouts, his identity remains a mystery.
Normally when someone retires, they leave some breadcrumbs for their faces on their social medias. However, her last tweet on @NicoleRayXXX sends you to @NicoleRayXOXO, which has had no activity whatsoever.
She’s not on Facebook but she does have a Myspace, which is only viewable for friends (which is a guaranteed sign that she’s off the grid). If she’s on Myspace and not Twitter, I would be shocked.
Mr. Pink tracked down a Nicole Ray profile on Is X Dead? a website dedicated to keeping track of which celebrities are alive and which ones are dead. 679 voters believe that Nicole Ray is dead and 1674 voters think she’s still alive. I sincerely hope that these 1674 voters aren’t just being naive. Also, what’s the deal with those 679 morbid weirdos.
Just to be thorough, I checked some industry news sources to see if Nicole Ray had been mentioned any time recently. Surprisingly, she had been in a press release for X-Play‘s new parody Not the Bradys XXX: Marcia Goes to College!
I was shocked that fans of Nicole Ray like Mr. Pink and myself could have missed her big comeback.
So I watched the Not the Bradys XXX: Marcia Goes to College! safe-for-work trailer on Youtube and to my surprise, there was Nicole Ray in the cast:
But I knew there was something not right when I saw pornstar Ashlyn Rae listed in the credits. Ashlyn Rae was another pornstar like Nicole Ray (no relation) on the cusp of hitting it big and then suddenly lost to retirement.
Naturally my first reaction was to declared myself the porn industry’s greatest investigative journalist and I was ready to rub it in Mr. Pink‘s face (even though Mr. Pink is a friend of the blog). Two hot pornstars who suddenly disappeared from the industry suddenly reappearing together in the same xxx movie? It would have been the best porn news ever.
Unforunately, being the porn industry’s greatest investigative journalist I had to look into Not the Bradys XXX: Marcia Goes to College! It turns out that this xxx Brady porn parody was just compiled old scenes from previous xxx Brady porn parodies. Meaning this incredible return of two hot pornstars wasn’t happening. It was a scene from 2009 featuring the retired pornstars, ironically together.
So what have we learned from this joint-investigation by Mr. Pink and The Sex.com Blog?
Well, pretty much that Nicole Ray and Ashlyn Rae are very sexy and unfortunately we won’t be seeing any new photos or videos from them anytime soon. But that doesn’t mean we can’t remember the good times and revisit old Nicole Ray scenes.
But mostly what can be learned from our investigation into the whereabouts of Nicole Ray is that if you choose a profession in the public eye, let them know when you’re leaving. Doesn’t matter if you’re a pornstar, actor, or a musician. If you’re moving on, you got to let someone know, otherwise fans will send themselves on wild goose chases trying to find out what you’ve been up to lately.
